After each kept session, you’ll simply document your session notes as you normally would and our team will be immediately notified to bill for these sessions.

Within 48 hours of your session notes being documented, one of our industry-leading billing experts will review them and determine whether or not the session qualifies to be submitted to insurance or if it should be billed under your private pay fee schedule.

Upon sessions being determined eligible for insurance submission, a member of our billing team will appropriately code all of your claims with the applicable CPT & HCPCS session codes and proceed to submit these claims to insurance for maximum reimbursement.

In most instances, claims submitted by our team are approved and paid out to you within 1-2 weeks following submission. In the rare cases that a claim takes longer to process or is denied for any reason, our team will work directly with insurance representatives to ensure all of your eligible claims are expedited for approval and reimbursement.
